詳しく調べてアップすべきなのだが、どなたか詳しい人がいるかもしれない。
新しい規約第８条を適用すると、ブログの全コンテンツの著作権がライブドアに属することになる。これはGoogle Adsenseの規約に触れていないだろうか。

- Google AdSenseTM Online Standard Terms and Conditions - Article 15
Google Rights. You acknowledge that Google owns all right, title and interest, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below), in and to the Program (including Google's ad serving technology, search technology, and Brand Features, and excluding items licensed by Google from third parties), and that You will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Program except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any Google services, software, or documentation. You will not remove, obscure, or alter Google's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within any Google services, software, or documentation. "Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, semiconductor chip protection law, moral rights law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, publicity rights law, privacy rights law, and any and all other proprietary rights, as well as, any and all applications, renewals, extensions, restorations and re-instatements thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide.
非常に長ったらしいのだが、要はAdsense広告の著作権はすべてGoogleに帰属するということのようである（まあ、当然の主張だが）。
この規約に抵触するため、Google Adsenseは使用できなくなるのではないだろうか？ 先にエキサイト・サービスの規約に関する記事をアップしたが、エキサイト・ブログではAdsenseを使用できない。それもこれと関連しているのでは？
さらに、ライブドアの手によって、ブログに広告が掲載されるとなると、Adsenseの下記規約にも抵触する可能性があるのではないだろうか。

競合となる広告とサービス
競合となりえる広告もしくはサービスが含まれるウェブページ上で、 Google の検索サービスにアクセスする検索ボックスや Google 広告を利用することは認められません。これは、 Google 広告の模倣や Google との何らかの関連性があることをページで表示することを含みます。コンテキストな Google 広告を利用する場合した場合、その他のあらゆるコンテキスト広告を利用することはできません。また、 Google の検索サービスを利用する場合には Google 以外の検索サービスとクエリーターゲット広告を同一のサイトに含むことはできません。提携広告（アフィリエイトプログラム）やテキスト リンク型広告は許可されます。
まあ、筆者はAdsenseの運用規則に詳しくない。詳しいブロガーが突っ込んだ記事を作ってTBしてくださることを期待したいと思うのだが、もしAdsenseが使用できくなるとすると、livedoorBlogは大きな利点を失うことになる。
